More Keepfiling Mini Binders

Last week I introduced our Keepfiling Postcard Storage 'system' featuring our Mini Binder and the 5 x 7 Sheet Protectors.  This time around I want to focus more on the binder itself and show you some of the features it has:

• Easy-to-remove spine label
• Unique clear inside pocket
• Booster triggers for easy opening of rings
• D-rings to keep documents aligned

The binder measures 5.5 x 8.5 inches and essentially is designed to hold half size documents.  It can hold up to 270 pages, or 95 sheet protectors.  The sheet protectors we have available for this binder are the 5 x 7 we introduced last week, and also the 5.5 x 8.5 sheet protectors.

So you might ask, "Who uses and what do they store with a 5.5 x 8.5 binder and sheet protectors?".  Well other than the Postcard Storage we introduced last week, many of our customers also use this size binder and sheet protectors to store receipts, coupons, memo sized notes and other smaller documents.  A lot of restaurants out there also use this size documents as an extra menu for their 'Daily/ Monthly Specials'.

For offices and homes with lesser space, this binder is great to work with as it requires less space for storing and gives you more flexibility in filing other items on your shelves.  In fact a great example of how the small size is utilized is in cockpits where space is limited and pilots use these binders for aviation guides.
